PowerBond Bullets set the standard for accuracy. We maintain absolute consistency in every step of the manufacturing process. Starting with quality analysis of our raw materials to ensure uniformity, PowerBond Bullets begin as extruded lead wire which is then swaged to achieve proper diameter, shape and weight. With a weight variance of 1.5 grains or less, PowerBond Bullets exceed Match Grade standards.
PRETTY AND TOUGH
Our proprietary plating process electro-chemically bonds the copper to the lead core. Our copper is thicker and tougher than other bullets...between 10 and 11-thousandths. Proper adhesion is continuously monitored and tested to ensure uniform, maximum bonding. |
THE DOUBLE-STRUCK DIFFERENCE
Every PowerBond Bullet is double-struck to achieve the precise diameter and unformity that makes them such dependable performers. Our re-strike machines are continuously monitored to guarantee finished bullets are within our .0002'' diameter allowable tolerance. This demanding process is key to producing PowerBond Bullets’ legendary accuracy.
